Founded by Dr. Lisa Leit, Ph.D., MCC, our programs include Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (AATC), as well as accredited mentoring and supervision for coaches at all stages of their professional journey.

Happy Whole Human® Spain SL offers a unique suite of ICF-accredited coach training pathways (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching) designed for entrepreneurial coaches who want to create measurable impact and build sustainable practices. All programs integrate the validated HWH Holistic Wellness Assessment and framework, empowering coaches to help clients measurably improve personal, professional, and relationship well-being.

Flexible Pathways:

ICF Credentials – Begin with the 60-hour HWH Level 1 Coach Training to qualify for ACC, then continue seamlessly into Level 2 and Level 3 programs to pursue PCC and MCC. Our 400+ accredited hours give coaches the flexibility to design personalized pathways while building toward advanced credentials.

Team Coaching – The 68-hour Team Coaching Training is ICF Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (AATC) approved and prepares coaches to facilitate systemic team development, psychological safety, and innovation.

Specialized Courses:

HWH offers modular trainings that can be combined into certification pathways or taken independently for ICF CCEs. Highlights include:

Executive Coaching Training (65 hrs) – Leadership development, executive presence, stakeholder management, and use of the HWH 360° Feedback and Team Report.

Mindfulness Tools for Coaches (18 hrs) – Somatic and trauma-informed practices to support client resilience.

Relationship Coaching & Mediation (40 hrs) – Conflict resolution and intimacy facilitation.

Group Coaching (40 hrs) – Collective transformation using HWH’s validated assessment and ecosystem.

Advanced Practicum (40 hrs) – Observed client work with MCC-level feedback and supervision.

Neuroplasticity Masterclass (20 hrs) – Applied neuroscience for transformation and adaptive leadership.

Mentoring & Business Support:

All ICF credentialing pathways include required mentoring and group supervision packages. For entrepreneurial coaches, HWH also provides a Business Development for Coaches track, with strategies to build, market, and scale a thriving practice. Graduates may join the HWH Coach Collective, gaining access to community, licensing, and revenue-sharing opportunities through the upcoming HWH Ecosystem App, which features assessments, eCourses, scheduling, and a global content marketplace.

Hypnotic Coaching Pathways:

In addition to traditional ICF pathways, HWH is dual-accredited by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (ACHE). Coaches can pursue certification as a Hypnotic Coach (200 hrs) or Master Hypnotic Coach (300 hrs), combining ICF coaching competencies with hypnosis-specific coursework such as Hypnotic Coaching Foundations, Alchemical Parts Work, and Wellness Applications. These specialized pathways equip coaches with subconscious change tools to facilitate deep transformation, healing, and sustainable growth.
