Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

Accelerate Coaching is Tandem Coaching Academy's 89-hour virtual ICF Level 1 accredited coach education program for aspiring coaches, leaders, managers, consultants, and helping professionals pursuing an education pathway toward the ICF ACC credential. The English-language program covers the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics through live instruction, study, demonstrations, practice, observed coaching, written feedback, mentor coaching, and ACC-level performance evaluation.
