Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

| Program Description: |
Our all-inclusive programme is tailored for anyone looking to bring their coaching skills to an advanced level. It is designed for people who want to become professional life coaches, career coaches, and leadership & executive coaches. It will enable coaches to apply to their ACC and PCC accreditation through the Level 2 path.
The Advanced Diploma in Coaching is composed of two modules:
- The first module, which is the same content as our Certification programme, covers the foundation of coaching and all the core competencies. It helps coaches get familiar and confident with the coaching process and the structure of a coaching session.
- The second module is focused on Coaching Psychology models and theories, as well as advanced methods like mindfulness, supervision, or self-reflection. Participants learn how psychological theories like cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamics, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis can be used in coaching. |
