ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One, Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.

As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

Genco Coaching School of Mastery (GCSM) operates under Genco Coaching LLC service umbrella as a professional development organization for coaches for the specific purpose of developing their efficacy through their credentialing process and for credentialed coaches to advance their skill set. Classes are designed and led by Tijen Genco, MCC, NBC-HWC. Genco Coaching School of Mastery delivers customized coach training, mentor coaching in group or private setting, supervision, and specialized personal growth programs. In Genco Coaching, we believe that students can be taught masterful coaching right from the beginning. Tijen Genco is a Master Certified (MCC) and National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC. Since 1998 Tijen has been coaching individuals, as well as chiefs of staff across fortune 100 companies; government resources and non-profit organizations globally. She is a coach educator in the academic environment, International Coach Federation (ICF) certified mentored coach, assessor, and continuing education provider.
 
In addition to corporate clients, Tijen works with individual clients at the life and wellness space to support their expression of full potential for their life, as well as well-being.

Program Description:
This program covers an in-depth understanding of the ICF Core Competencies. It significantly strengthens and enhances coaching capabilities in demonstrating the competencies through mentor-guided coaching in the group environment and self-reflective practices with assigned homework.
The designer and instructor of the course, Tijen, has trained in the ICF’s ACC and MCC BARS, PCC Markers Assessment Systems and is an active ICF Assessor for ICF Portfolio Performance Evaluation. With that, Tijen brings her strength and understanding of the competencies into the design of this coach development program. The program’s primary purpose is to advance coach training for anyone wanting to further develop and deepen their coaching skills in the art and science of coaching while acquiring CEUs. This program supports a variety of adult learning styles and principles to facilitate all types of learning needs.
Group Mentor Coaching sessions are scheduled monthly, held every week for 1.5 hours per session, and every session will have homework assignments. Upon completing the program, attendees will have up to 6 group mentor coaching hours and 10 (6 class participation + 4 Homework assignment submissions) approved CCEs.
Mentoring coaching increases participants’ competence, confidence, professional credibility, and ability to develop and grow their coaching practice.
