The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

Welcome to the six-module educational program “Integral coaching in business”. During this program business owners, managers, change leaders, and development professionals learn coaching tools to apply them in their organizations. The program includes 136 hours of intensive training, accredited by the ACSTH ICF and the European Coaching Federation (ECF). In addition, the program provides a certificate of professional development according to the Russian education standards. Learning objective: after six months program participants will develop competencies for working in a coaching approach with change leaders, external clients, a team, organizational culture and organizational systems. These competencies allow to create an environment in the company that supports the transition from the paradigm of instructions and dedication to the paradigm of goals and responsibility, and further to the paradigm of values and focus on people. |
