Audit of Systemic View of Life This module gives basic skills. ICF coaching competences 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 are studied here. In practice, using cases and exercises students learn to apply competences in their work. They practice such techniques of coaching as: T model, Scale, VAK, Wheel. Special attention is given to the topic of spiral dynamics by Clare Graves to understand different levels of communication and focus on the fact that the coach's communication is at the yellow level and is the most effective form of communication. The tools from reputable coaches are given: Covision by David Clutterbuck, powerful questions by Julie Starr. Systemic View Calibration This module studies ICF coaching competences 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11. Special attention is given to the Code of Ethics of the ICF coach, cases on Ethics are discussed. Techniques to study: Pyramid of logical levels by Robert Dilts, Time Line, Path to Success, Logical Tree, René Descartes coordinate system, My project in the rays of the sun, Dissociation. Students work in practice with their long-term goal. They study the stages of behavioral commitment to the goal according to David Clutterbuck, the effects and laws of memory, learn to work with the client's metaphor. Systemic View Focusing The module works in detail 11 coaching competences with examples of questions for competences, for each competence students practice dialogues on business cases. They study the management cycle of staff development: task statement, motivation, feedback, development of employees through coaching work format. At each stage, students study coaching methods of work of the manager with employees: GROW model, algorithm of motivational conversation, algorithm of feedback, construction of coaching dialogue aimed at to motivate the development of the employees. Testing of Systemic View of Life This module studies coaching tools for working with the team, mentoring tools for the development of employees, features of negotiations and sales using coaching techniques. A systemic approach to the introduction of coaching in the organization and work with company senior management is given. Special attention is paid to work in coaching practice with the head (stakeholder) of the company. Also, students study coaching tools to work with internal interventions and obstacles by the head of the company. Awareness of Systemic View of Life This module deepens and consolidates the skills of coaching competencies. The module includes a detailed analysis of each competence by markers at PCC level, a demo session for each competence, difference in markers at ACC, PCC and MCC levels. Training in this module includes practicing between each webinar on the competence studied. Training in this module is aimed at improving the quality of students' coaching sessions, deep understanding of the coaching process, awareness of their coaching style, strengths and points of growth. |
