Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

The Certification is tailored for anyone looking to develop their coaching skills and for those who want to become professional life coaches, career coaches, and leadership & executive coaches. It is led by ICF-accredited PCC coaches. During the training you will gain theoretical and practical knowledge. You will learn about and practice: - The ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics, - Evidence-based models & theories to better understand what might be happening for your clients and the coaching strategies to support them, - Coaching tools to enable your clients to expand their thinking in a creative way. Cohorts are 8 people maximum to allow for the optimal learning experience. |
