Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. The skill to motivate, creating opportunities for transformational changes;
The skill to support the client at the stage of changes and in the period of passing of crises;
The skill of distributing responsibility for the desired result.
Module 5. Coaching career
As a result:
A developed plan for the professional development of a coach;
Choosing a niche and understanding the target audience;
Readiness to undergo Coaching Knowledge Assessment. |
