Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

The program is aimed at a deep study of each of the 8 ICF competencies and the qualitative development of coaches as professionals. The goal of the program is to prepare coaches for the ACC / PCC level. The program is focused on the ability to work systematically, in a transformational format, observing 8 coach competencies. Even with the most material request, you need to be able to work with a focus on the person who makes it. The work practices a systemic transformational approach, where a person looks at himself and his life holistically, taking into account all his aspects, qualities and characteristics, finding resources, sources of strength and new opportunities for himself. |
