Training to become facilitator of discovering, communicating and developing personal values by using Point of Value processes. The program is offered both as an online training program and an onsite training program with the same content.

Point of Value has three integral components: Values Philosophy - Basic Process - System. This also means that the meaning, and relevance of the ranking results can only be the client's own interpretations and experiences. It is the facilitator who leads, but it is the client's discovery that creates self-insight and development of perspective.
