The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

BUSINESS COACHING: A NEW PARADIGM OF LEADERSHIP is a six-months training program, which includes theoretical modules, offline and online practical work with highly qualified coaching trainers. The program is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). This is the only specific program with ICF standards in Kazakhstan that trains to use coaching exclusively in the business environment. The program provides a unique opportunity to gain skills and develop coaching competencies in a business context. It gives specific knowledge, techniques and practices in accordance with international standards. Coaching helps managers to improve business efficiency, reveal team potential and rise employees’ engagement in achieving company’s goals. |
