Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

This Positive Psychology-Based Wellness Coaching Certification is offered as a 100% Virtual Program. The program includes a once-weekly, 2-hour live virtual course, as well as some asynchronous video streaming programs and module content that students can complete at their convenience. The College of Executive Coaching has three cohorts annually, but you can enroll at any time and begin with the asynchronous learning content on Coaching Skills & Practice Development, Emotional Intelligence, and Peak Performance for Your Coaching Clients.
