The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One, Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.

As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

The IGC Level 2 Coach Training Program is a live, instructor-led certification pathway designed for aspiring and experienced coaches seeking professional ICF-accredited training and long-term career support.

This comprehensive program includes 125+ hours of coach-specific education aligned with the ICF Core Competencies and PCC credential requirements, including 10 Mentor Coaching hours. Students receive hands-on coaching practice, mentor feedback, ethical training, and practical application throughout the program.

In addition to coaching mastery, the program includes business and professional development support to help students confidently launch, grow, or integrate coaching into existing leadership, wellness, entrepreneurial, or service-based careers.
