Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

The Academy was founded in 2004 as a leading educational private organization for the popularization of coaching as a profession, training in coaching skills and certification according to international standards of the profession. At the moment, the organization has a 15-year fruitful partnership with Erickson Coaching International, the opening of a Ukrainian representative office, the organization of coaching schools and methodological support of the training process, in particular the selection, training and certification of trainers. The Academy developed and tested, and subsequently accredited the Master of Technology Coach program in ICEF with ASTP certification. Also, the Academy has trained and trained 1,200 coaches, of which 217 are currently members of ICEF, The Academy has the following directions:
- training of future coaches and assistance in mastering a new profession;
- development of practicing coaches and their preparation for obtaining ACC or RCC accreditation according to ICF standards;
- preparation of life and transformational coaches;
- training of corporate and team coaches;
- training managers of various levels in coaching skills to improve the efficiency of team management, achieve goals and develop their own leadership qualities.
