Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. | Program Description: |
4C School of Coaching è stata progettata per offrire partecipanti l'opportunità di acquisire le competenze specifiche di coaching così come indicate dalla International Coach Federation ICF. Nelle ore d'aula si acquisiranno, potentissimi strumenti di comunicazione, organizzazione personale, analisi e mappatura delle caratteristiche degli interlocutori. Il tutto con una modalità didattica efficiente, rapida e funzionale. Durante lo svolgimento delle lezioni il partecipante avrà la possibilità di sperimentare, verificare e migliorare, attraverso delle simulazioni, sia il ruolo del coach che quello del coachee.
