Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

Ce niveau de reconnaissance garantit un programme complet de formation au coaching. De plus, la reconnaissance de l'ICF vous permettra d'accéder aux certifications ACC (Associate Certified Coach) et au niveau 2 afin d'avoir accès aussi à la Certification PCC ( Professionnel Certified Coach )
A travers le niveau reconnu du corps professoral composé de Maître Coach Certifié (MCC) et de Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
Cette formation s'adresse à ceux qui souhaitent suivre une formation certifiante au coaching au plus haut niveau pour par la suite devenir coach professionnel ou adopter les outils du coaching dans leur vie professionnelle actuelle ou leur vie privée.
Durant cette formation de 10 jours vous apprendrez à mettre en oeuvre le processus de coaching ainsi que les compétences fondamentales prônées par l'ICF ;Ce programme est une première étape pour les futurs coachs professionnels ;Il vous permet d'embrayer dans le programme Coach Niveau 2.Il vous permet sur demande de faire une certification après le Niveau 1. |
