Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. The Life Coaching Mastery is an ICF-accredited Level 2 program designed for people who want to transform their own lives while developing the professional skills to support meaningful change in others.
Through 196 hours of live training, supervised practice, individual and group mentoring, students learn coaching by experiencing it. Our integrative methodology connects mind, body and emotion, combining the ICF Core Competencies with tools from Ontological Coaching, NLP, Gestalt and Business Coaching.
Participants develop the confidence, presence, ethical foundations and practical experience required to work as professional life coaches, support leaders and teams, or apply coaching skills within organizations. The program also includes real coaching processes, personalized feedback, theoretical and practical assessments, and guidance toward the ICF credentialing process.
Available online for Spanish-speaking students worldwide and in an intensive in-person format in Buenos Aires, Argentina. At IAFI, you do not simply study coaching: you experience transformation, embody the coaching mindset and learn how to create lasting change. |
