As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

To ensure quality education, ICF accredits coaching education organizations that meet the high standards set forth by ICF and ICF Coaching Education. Organization Description:	One of the main objectives of the “5 prisms” Academy is to become a guide between psychology and coaching. The founders of the Academy, Yuriy Muradyan (MCC ICF) and Olga Rybina (MCC ICF), have created an evidence-based method called “5 prisms”, enriched with the knowledge of psychology and appropriate model of ICF competencies. The “5 prisms” method includes work with internal conflicts, feelings, the system of an individual’s beliefs and a person’s interactions with society. The academy’s focus is on increasing the quality of coaches’ work through mastering of the “5 prisms” method, as well as effective solving of clients’ tasks with the help of the method, based on modern knowledge of brain functioning, fundamental psychology and coaching.
Program Description:	Module 1 “Act like a coach” A module for those who want to learn about coaching and use coaching Module includes introduction to coaching, learning the structured algorithm for coaching process. Module 2 “Think like a coach” The 2nd module is designed to explore one by one ICF Competencies, including the practice of conducting observed sessions, and is useful for those who choose coaching as a profession. The purpose of the module is to prepare the coach to conduct a session according to ICF standards. Module 3 “Professional coaching using the 5 Prism Method” The purpose of module 3 is to prepare participants for professional certification.
