Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

Variations International is a coaching and consulting firm that provides coaching and management consulting services. Variations also owns Activision Coaching Institute and provides Coaching training programs for coaches, consultants, trainers, HR and managers. All of these programs are accredited by ICF : Level 1, Level 2, AATC, CCEs . We are running these programs in French, English, Portuguese, Spanish and Chinese in several locations (Paris, Aix, Toulouse, Lyon, Lisbon, Casablanca, Mexico, Sao Paulo, New York, Shanghaï, Beijing, Singapore,..). The Level 1 Activision CIEO Training cursus provides the fundamentals of core competencies and attitudes for professional coaches.
A compact format to address 3 dimensions in one cursus : individuals, teams and organisations.
A practice oriented training : 2/3 of supervised practice with personal feedbacks, individual mentoring and "on the field" supervised internship.
The teaching methods are especially designed for a full sucess at the ICF ACC credentialing : openness on different models and tools, small groups to facilitate observations and interactions with trainers, individual and collective mentoring, reference trainers all along the training. |
