Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. This Interactive Program is delivered via Trainer lead interactive live webinars. Practical Coaching Sessions are completed via digital platforms with fellow Students. Students are assigned a Personal Coach & Mentor. Students' complete assessment-based assignments. Students will complete one Elective Specialty Stream: NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programing) ADHD Wellness Coaching Cognitive Behavioral Coaching Mindset Coaching Positive Psychology Students also have the option of upgrading their program to the Advanced Diploma of Coaching |
