Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

Description: |
One of the main objectives of the “5 prisms” Academy is to become a guide between psychology and coaching. The founders of the Academy, Yuriy Muradyan (MCC ICF) and Olga Rybina (MCC ICF), have created an evidence-based method called “5 prisms”, enriched with the knowledge of psychology and appropriate model of ICF competencies. The “5 prisms” method includes work with internal conflicts, feelings, the system of an individual’s beliefs and a person’s interactions with society. The academy’s focus is on increasing the quality of coaches’ work through mastering of the “5 prisms” method, as well as effective solving of clients’ tasks with the help of the method, based on modern knowledge of brain functioning, fundamental psychology and coaching.
