Organization Description:	PEER Coaching In. (PCI) is a Global Online Coach Training organisation offering Coach Training for individuals looking to get their ICF ACC and PCC credentials. Over the 5 years, the Coach training has been refined and re-engineered for a wholistic and developmental learning conforming to globally accepted coaching practices and standards & delivered using the best technology platform which makes it AFFORDABLE for aspiring coaches across the world. PCI has supported over 100 coaches turn professional ICF credentialed coaches. The coach training programs are delivered by its Lead Mentor Sukh Mishraa, an ICF PCC, an ICF Registered Mentor Coach and a certified Coach Supervisor, who is also the Founding Director. She is a Certified Coach & Practitioner of Conscious Business Principles and Practices by Fred Koffman and also a Certified Coach by Marshall Goldsmith SCC. PCI has been supporting organisations build Coaching Culture, Change and Transformation through a combination of Coach Training, Mentor Coaching and Coach SuperVISION practices. Sukh Mishraa is a practicing coach and participants learn the hand-on approaches to coaching, experiencing coaching principles real-life in order to make learning relevant to their clients. Coaching practices are converted into tools and techniques, enhancing skills and competencies, observable behaviours that contribute towards coaches being also perceived as professional coaches. PCI enrols for the program so as all participants get to consult with Sukh personally on their coach training and mentoring journey. PCI accepts registration for the program at a fee of only USD 100 or equivalent and the Program FEE is made affordable so more aspiring coaches are able to make their dream of becoming Professional Coaches come true. In addition, this FEE can be paid over the duration of the coach training, in instalments. Once a year scholarship is also awarded to two coaches based on certain laid down criteria. PCI allows Coaches to join PCC program, even when they have completed their ACC Coach training from another coach training institute. PCI is open to the possibility of its alumni-Coaches teaching its programs to other coaches, based on certain evaluation and association.
Program Description:	“Coaching for Leading thro Change” Coach Training is for individuals looking to get their ICF ACC and PCC credentials. The program is inclusive of : Coach Training (ACC/PCC) , Mentor Coaching hours , Coach Supervision. This is the only ACSTH program that is inclusive of Coach Supervision. You get the benefits/experience of an ACTP program at the fee of ACSTH program (ACC- USD 2250 ; PCC - 2300) Post-program support is provided for a year after you complete the program in the form of Regular Supervision.
