ADHD Coaching is a 20-hour asynchronous Continuing Coach Education program for credentialed and pre-credential coaches who take on ADHD clients and want a disciplined way to do that work across three structural client situations — the life-coaching client, the executive, and the entrepreneur — without drifting into clinical territory, diagnosis, or treatment. It is the fourth program in Tandem Coaching's Practitioner Series, built on top of Tandem Coaching Academy's ICF-accredited Level 1 and Level 2 programs. The program includes the 3 mandatory ethics hours required for ICF credential renewal.

The course is explicitly not clinical or diagnostic. Its organizing skill is coaching discipline applied to ADHD contexts, and boundary discipline — no diagnosis, no treatment, no clinical labels in the coaching room — is itself a teaching feature. The curriculum is built on PAAC's 5 Essentials (ADHD Lens, Safety, Collaboration, Wonder, Action) as the stance spine, structured comparatively across the three lenses so the coach learns where each structural situation pulls coaching off course and how to hold the stance against that pull.
