Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. Le Parcours de Certification en Coaching Professionnel est un programme de formation au
coaching professionnel accrédité par ICF (International Coaching Federation) portant le
double label ACTP et ACSTH. Il dure 144 heures dont 134 heures de formation et 10 heures de coaching mentoral. Le programme s’articule autour de deux cycles.
Le 1er cycle couvre les fondamentaux du coaching (la profession, le cadre d’exercice professionnel, les assises scientifiques, les modèles de coaching) et vous initie aux compétences essentielles telles que proposées par ICF.
Le 2ème cycle vous permettra d’entreprendre un travail sur soi à travers les programmes de
développement et un véritable exercice sur «l’être Leader» puis de vous familiariser avec les créneaux
ainsi que la typologie de clientèle avec laquelle vous souhaitez travailler. |
