The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

| Program Description: |
The Alchemist's Path is an advanced coach training program designed to develop mastery-level coaching skills aligned with all 8 ICF Core Competencies (2025 edition). The program combines group training, mentor coaching, individual mentoring, supervision, and peer practice to prepare graduates for the PCC ICF credential.
The curriculum is structured into 5 progressive modules: (1) Professional Identity & Coaching Mindset, (2) Focus, Contracting, Presence & Awareness, (3) Working with Complexity & Tension, (4) Client Wholeness & Development, and (5) Professional Growth & Exam Preparation. Training is delivered by PCC and MCC-level coaches through live group sessions, individual mentoring, and observed practice with written feedback. |
