Building Trust and Integrity in Every Coaching Session.

Check Out the New ICF Code of Ethics

Education Search Service (ESS)

The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One, Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.

As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

To find ICF-Accredited Providers that meet your individual needs, we suggest that you use our Education Search Service (ESS) below. The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. The ESS is designed to give you basic information about all ICF-Accredited Education Providers.

Organization Description:

We provide elite training for extraordinary coaches – whether you’re new to coaching, or a trained coach looking for rigorous and focused continuing education, mentoring, or ADHD/neurodiversity coach training. As an ICF-accredited program with over 20 courses and 9 credentials, we recognize the profound synergy between coaching skills and these areas of expertise:

- Professional organizing and productivity consulting

- Advocacy & support for people with ADHD and other neurodiversity

- Educators, counselors, creatives, community/business leaders, and more!

The combination of coaching and the variety of backgrounds our students bring to the process is unbeatable for supporting clients to create positive, sustained change. Our courses are delivered live, online with instructors who are experienced and successful coaches themselves – we’re proud to count among them authors, content creators, thought leaders, and award-winners.

Our robust coach training strengths lie in how to support clients in creating their own “Life That Fits” — people interested in improving their effectiveness and committing their best energies into what matters most. We train coaches to support their clients’ executive functioning, energy, and emotional resilience using a variety of elements – including organizing, productivity, holistic time management, values and needs, processing modalities, and body- and strengths-based strategies.

If you are new to our program, we offer two distinct entry points for different needs and goals:

- Our Foundation Program for those brand new to coaching

- Our Advanced courses for those with prior training who wish to deepen their learning, earn CCEs, or progress to earning one of our credentials

Wherever students begin with our program, they are committed to a robust, engaging curriculum that takes their skills to the next level. Visit our website to learn more.

Program Description:
We provide extraordinary coach training and unique coach credentialing*. Our aspiring coaches come from the organizing, productivity, educational, consulting, mental health and ADHD fields. Coaches trained through other programs will find innovative and substantive advanced coach training, group and individual mentor coaching, and CCEs. We have developed 23 courses, creating over 275 trainer contact hours.

TRAINING FORMAT
--- We train coaches in engaged, connected, course groups of 6-15, typically with two trainers.
--- We teach in English through live internet conferencing.
--- Our courses are intensive with two live 90-minute engagements each week (the class and a skills partnership meeting). There are 2-4 hours of additional assignments each week.
--- There is informal trainer access after each class -- and email support between courses.
--- Our Coaches Learning Lab has an online ‘room’ for each course to access to training materials and discussion forums.
--- Each class is recorded for student review.
--- One can pause their training at any point and pick it up again later -- even years later.

COMPREHENSIVE COACH TRAINING
Our foundation coach training program encompasses more than 60 hours of training in five courses which must be taken in order. This training is grounded in classic coach training but stretches to address the neurodiversity of coaching's client population. We are particularly strong in teaching ADHD coaching.

Foundation graduation opens the door to the advanced curriculum and eight remarkable coaching credentials. These unique credentials recognize the extraordinary synergy between coaching and these areas of expertise:
-- Professional organizing
-- Productivity specialists
-- Leadership consulting
-- Advocacy & support for people with ADHD and other brain-based conditions (chronic disorganization, ongoing-stress — also known those who are neurodiverse).
-- Educators and counselors

OUTSTANDING ADVANCED COACH TRAINING FOR COACHES TRAINED IN OTHER PROGRAMS
Created for our graduates and their credentialing journeys, our a la carte advanced coach training offers great training for coaching adults who are neurodivergent -- and exciting options for Continuing Coach Education credits.  We also offer MENTOR-LAB style courses which satisfy the ICF mentor coaching requirements and includes seven group mentor coaching hours (in a five-session course) and three individual mentor coaching sessions with a qualified mentor coach.

* CREDENTIALS
Coaches trained elsewhere who are interested in earning one of our credentials, must either take our full program (starting with the foundation program) or apply for credit for some of our training via a review of their coach training and experience.
