Education Search Service (ESS)

The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One, Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.

As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

To find ICF-Accredited Providers that meet your individual needs, we suggest that you use our Education Search Service (ESS) below. The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. The ESS is designed to give you basic information about all ICF-Accredited Education Providers.

Program Name: The Meaning of Life - A system of deep coaching
Program Type: Level 1
Program Hours: 108.00
Organization Description:
Program Description: This program was created as a space for professional and personal development for coaches. It combines the precision of ICF standards with a living exploration of human states and meanings. Here, coaching becomes not just the art of asking questions, but a personal practice of presence—the art of being there when a person begins to understand more than they did yesterday. Training Structure and Learning Trajectory The program combines 108 hours of in-person training, 12 hours of mentoring — including 9 hours of group mentoring and 3 hours of individual mentoring — observed coaching sessions, and competency assessments. The course structure is designed as a sequential journey, guiding coaches from internal alignment to sustainable professional mastery in client work. The course modules cover: Understanding the key ICF competencies and the nature of mindfulness; Developing skills in listening, presence, and deep dialogue; Exploring the stages of transition in a client’s life and guiding them through uncertainty; Integrating professional tools with the coach’s personal maturity and conscious thinking. Learning Experience We cultivate an environment where each participant doesn't merely "take the course" but undergoes a personal transformation in presence and self-awareness. The coach's personal maturity serves as a foundation for successful practice and enables the full application of the International Coaching Federation's (ICF) years of in-depth work in the areas of competencies, ethics, values, and professional standards. The Training is Built on Interactivity Our program emphasizes interactive learning: live sessions, practical demonstrations, supervision, and work with real cases. The pedagogical philosophy is grounded in trust in the human capacity for growth — through practice, attention, self-reflection, and partnership. Our vision is to create an educational environment where coaching is not merely a set of tools but a path for personal and spiritual maturity and development. The program integrates the standards and philosophy of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with modern developmental approaches and authentic traditions. Through this integration, students learn to embody the ICF Core Values — Professionalism, Collaboration, Humanity, and Equality — not just as theoretical principles, but as living expressions in their coaching practice, relationships, leadership, and everyday life. Ultimately, the program aims to contribute to the development of the global coaching community by preparing professionals who combine technical mastery with a deep ethical and personal foundation, capable of creating systemic positive change in the world. Our Creed Through coaching education and practice, become a mature, fully realized individual — and help others do the same.
