Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. The Business & Marketing course gives career coaches a solid foundation to build a profitable, values‑aligned practice they love. You will clarify your niche, design and price signature services, craft compelling messaging and website copy, set up simple business systems, and create a sustainable marketing strategy. You will also strengthen your confidence as an entrepreneur, learn to find and enroll ideal clients, and implement a test‑and‑tweak approach so your business can keep growing with you. |
