Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. In the "Coaching for Leaders" program, you will experience:
▫️ 12 weeks of intensive learning: from the history of coaching to practical sessions and preparation for ACC-level certification.
▫️ 12 webinars, 11 demo-sessions: mastering 8 ICF competencies, analyzing professionals' work, and learning how to conduct your own sessions to effectively support clients.
▫️ 10 practical classes and mentoring sessions: applying theory in practice and receiving feedback from experienced mentors at the PCC and MCC levels.
▫️ 2 individual mentoring meetings and an exam: preparing for certification with the support of top professionals at the MCC and PCC levels.
The course includes the following topics:

🔸 Ethics of behavior and coaching mindset
🔸 Creating a trusting environment and coaching presence
🔸 Working with the client: from agreements and goal-setting to insights and achieving results
