Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. Thalasso Coaching is a proven approach for experienced coaches and managers familiar with coaching who want to increase their impact by taking their work outside the meeting room. Participants explore how natural elements influence energy, focus and decision-making.
The influence of the coastal environment fosters strategic thinking, performance, deeper insight and transformational growth for clients as leaders, entrepreneurs and their teams.
The programme combines professional coaching with coastal dynamics to empower participants to integrate nature-based insights into their coaching, thereby enhancing their professionalism and perspective when working with clients or teams in demanding organisational contexts. |
