The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One, Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.

As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

Program Description:

This ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) program deepens coaches’ professional development through the METTA Coaching Model, an integrative approach grounded in mindfulness, consciousness, and human-centered growth. Aligned with International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies, the program blends reflective inquiry, experiential learning, and applied coaching practice.

 

This foundational module strengthens core coaching capabilities for professional coaches while expanding visionary capacity for executives and leaders. Participants cultivate presence, strategic awareness, and conscious leadership—enhancing their ability to translate insight into action and lead with clarity, purpose, and sustainable human-centered impact across individual and organizational contexts.
