Education Search Service (ESS)

The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One, Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.

As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

Program Description:

The "Evolution of Coaching Mastery: Personal Transformation" program is an advanced course designed to develop a coach's professional mastery by focusing on the transformation of their internal system—cultivating deep presence, integrity, and the ability to work with the client and their context as a complex living system.

The program's goal is to build the meta-skills required for coaching at the PCC and MCC levels in accordance with ICF Core Competencies, through the integration of coach’s individuality, systemic thinking, and ethical maturity.

Программа «Эволюция Мастерства Коуча: Личная трансформация» представляет собой углубленный курс развития профессионального мастерства коуча, сфокусированный на трансформации его внутренней системы — развития глубокого присутствия, целостности и способности работать с клиентом и его контекстом как со сложной открытой живой системой.

Цель программы — формирование у коуча мета-навыков, необходимых для работы на уровне PCC и MCC в соответствии с компетенциями ICF, через интеграцию индивидуальности коуча, системного мышления и этической зрелости.
