Coaching as a Business (10 CCE hours) is designed to support practicing coaches in strengthening both their coaching skills and their ability to build a sustainable private practice. The program integrates advanced coaching concepts with practical business development strategies, helping coaches enhance their professional growth and market presence.

The curriculum includes:
 

• 3 hours of interactive training (live online sessions): exploration of key coaching principles, distinctions between coaching and other helping professions, application of the Coaching Arrow model, demonstration sessions, and peer practice in triads.
• 3 hours of peer practice: structured triad work with reflection and reporting, focused on applying coaching principles in real interactions.
• 3 hours of on-demand video learning: advanced topics on building a coaching business, including marketing, sales, product design, and defining the mission of a coaching practice.
• 1 hours of individual mentoring session: a strategic coaching session with an ICF-credentialed coach to support the participant’s personalized professional and business development plan.

This program provides continuing professional education, equipping participants with tools to deepen their coaching practice and to strengthen the business aspects of their professional path.
