Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. The APC program allows you to hone your coaching skills further and complete your education at a level that prepares you to pursue additional coaching credentials with the ICF. Our courses align with ICF requirements, so you can use these training hours to apply for your next-level credential. Completing this program will lead to a new and higher certification as an Advanced Professional Coach (APC). This APC designation reflects the highest certification offered by the CaPP Institute™, indicating a level of professionalism and mastery that sets an unmatched standard in the industry. |
