Education Search Service (ESS)

The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One, Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.

As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

What this program is doing is integrating four distinct lineages of practice — ICF coaching, clinical hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming, and the transpersonal contemplative tradition — into a single integrated training pathway, while holding the integration with five original frameworks: ROUSER, ICEF, ITM, the Emotional Alchemy Mandala, and the Meta Pets Method. The result is not a coaching program with some other things added to it. It is a single integrated transformation architecture with ICF coaching at one of its facets.
