Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. Team Coaching Masterclass is Bossert Academy’s ICF-accredited Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching program for trained coaches who want to add working with teams to their coaching skill set and support their pathway to ACTC certification. Participants work with real client teams alongside fellow coaches and receive supervision, practical guidance, and developmental feedback from experienced team-coaching faculty. ACTC credential applications are submitted separately to ICF and remain subject to ICF’s current requirements. |
