The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

Embodying Coaching Mastery (PCC to MCC) is a 20 hour ICF approved programme designed for coaches who are exploring how to step fully into the mindset and presence of an ICF Master Certified Coach. Moving beyond technique, with three MCC coaches you will explore what it means to truly embody coaching presence - one that is intuitive, generative and deeply client-centered. Through detailed analysis of MCC-level coaching demonstrations, you’ll refine your understanding of nuanced, fluid application of the ICF Competencies, BARS and minimum skills requirements, and assess your own coaching against the highest standards. You’ll also gain practical insight into the MCC application process and design a personal development plan to support your continued evolution as a masterful coach. |
