Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. If you'd like to lift the ICF competencies off the page and see what they look like in practice, these Masterclasses with Clare (Master Certified Coach) will give you a sneak peek at how the ICF defines them. But more than that, they show you what great coaching sounds like.
In each Masterclass, we discuss the competency, demonstrate it in a complete 20-minute coaching session and debrief about how the demo displayed that competency.
