This program is designed for anyone who wants to become a certified coach, whether they are new to coaching or experienced coaches looking to achieve ICF accreditation. It is ideal for those who want a more validated certification or who seek a solid foundation in ICF coaching competencies.

Program Goals and Objectives: The goal of the Becoming a Certified Coach program is to provide participants with the essential tools and frameworks to become competent coaches using the ICF model.

The key objectives are: 
• Introduce the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. 
• Teach the basic structure of coaching sessions, including setting SMART goals. 
• Equip participants with the skills to distinguish between coaching, therapy, and consulting. 
• Train participants in effective coaching practices, including how to ask powerful questions and handle challenges like “fixing the fixer.”

​Upon completing the program, participants will have: 

• Acquired foundational coaching skills aligned with ICF competencies. 

• Practiced coaching in live sessions.

• Earned 30 hours of ICF-accredited CCE
