The program unfolds across five modules — Coaching Fundamentals, Coaching Relationships, Coaching Psychology, the Bright Coaching Model, and Mentor Coaching — each one a deliberate step in an evolutionary learning path: core competencies, ethical standards, a refined coaching relationship, deep client understanding, and ultimately, a personalized coaching model each student can call their own.
Throughout the program, students learn directly from an experienced, PCC credentialed lead facilitator, Certified Mentor Coach, supported by scientific tools, techniques, and approaches that turn theory into practiced excellence.
