Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. The Masterclass meets live on a weekly basis for 90 minutes.
James facilitates a new brain science-based theme each month and discusses how the science on that topic applies to coaching each week.
He then facilitates discussions and breakout groups centered on application and client scenarios.
The Masterclass is an invaluable way to stay current on the latest brain and behavioral science, and learn practical, hands-on tools you can apply with your clients.
The Masterclass is more than just educational—it’s a dynamic forum for learning with other coaches, sharing best evidence-based practices, and most importantly, learning how to apply the latest science to make your coaching more effective.
Completing The Brain Science Advantage for Coaches 8-week course is a prerequisite for joining this group.
