Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.
To find ICF-Accredited Providers that meet your individual needs, we suggest that you use our Education Search Service (ESS) below. The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. The ESS is designed to give you basic information about all ICF-Accredited Education Providers.

Description: |
Coachteams Academy is a space created in 2022 that brings together coaches from different countries who are interested in professional development. It is a community dedicated to the continuous support and enhancement of coaches' qualifications. |
| Program Description: |
The systemic-personal approach in coaching is an author's method that allows you to work with a client as a system at different levels in accordance with the ICF competencies.
This program is suitable for coaches who already have basic education (ACSTH, LEVEL1) and who want to progress in the profession relying on the competencies. The program will also be of interest to more experienced coaches, including those at PCC level, as it allows them to master a specific approach and strengthen their practice.
The aim of the program is to teach students to work in a deeper, more nuanced and professional way in the coaching process. As a result of the training, they will have a solid skill in building productive long-term relationships with clients from a coaching position. This program differs from those already on the market since it is a workshop that explores the author's approach, which makes the process of long-term communication with the client very transparent and manageable, and this approach is fully in line with ICF competencies. |
