Program Description:	Our (Edify Consultants Pvt. Ltd) ‘True North Coaching Level 1’ is a Coach Training program aligned with the Core competencies and it’s translation & application to a Coaching conversation. All learning is aligned to International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards. This program offers the following: Introducing, Teaching and applying our meticulously crafted Proprietary Coaching Framework, ( S N A P) meticulously crafted to align seamlessly with the ICF Competency Framework. The program is divided into majorly three Modules Module 1 a. Part-1 encompasses the Learning Sessions, focusing on the foundational concepts of Coaching. Here the students are introduced belief systems of a coach, the ethics of this profession and why is it distinctly different from other professions. It teaches the students experientially- reflection, inner – outer world, content management and the ICF competency markers. b. Part 2 – Is learning about the major fundamentals of AGENDA, LISTENING, INQUIRY. Here they practice listening and inquiring as baby steps c. Part 3 – Introduces the S N A P Coaching Framework. This will help TNCA practitioners to navigate the complex and multifaceted discipline of coaching with purposefulness. It provides a structured approach to understand what to do and why, while maintaining flexibility to adapt to various contexts and situations Module 2 -Delves into the Practical sessions (including supervised, observed, and peer-to-peer coaching session) where each participant engages in hands-on learning, practice of application of the Coaching Framework and benefits from supervisor and peer feedback. Additionally, there will be individual independent learning modules expertly guided by our team. Module 3 - Mentoring – One on One Mentoring is designed to give personalised feedback to students on their recording and transcript to improves With a wealth of experience under our belt, bolstered by our Director's prestigious MCC (Master Certified Coach) credential, since Jan 2019, we are confident in our ability to meet and exceed the ICF's standards. This program will empower our trained coaches to effortlessly demonstrate competency models and hone their professional coaching skills. This comprehensive program is designed to equip our students with the foundational skills and knowledge required to embark on your journey as a certified coach.
