Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. Accelerate is our 30-Day Certified Insight Coaching Practitioner Program, designed for brand-new coaches who want to excel from the start, and established coaches eager to take their coaching to the next level. The program equips coaches with the tools to guide clients in accessing their own inner wisdom and includes a multitude of coaching demonstrations paired with deep instruction. Accelerate addresses imposter syndrome by focusing on the coach’s growth, with the belief that becoming an incredible coach is the best form of marketing.
