IGNITE’s mission is to offer a program that revolutionizes the coaching industry’s MCC Mentor Coaching experience. Only 4% of coaches obtain their MCC - but every coach can access the spiritual transformation that creates the unrivaled depth, connection, and impact of coaching mastery. This program lays the groundwork for the skill and ART of coaching mastery: generating a Masterful Way of Being through self-transformation and learning. IGNITE honors that MCC is a way of life, undergone through your own journey in “unlearning”, re-learning, and evolving in connection with others - created through deep, personal transformation. You do not need to be "ready" to get your MCC to walk the path of depth, partnership, and impact you're desiring in your coaching practice.

At its core, Ignite is an MCC Mentor Coaching group done in a style of ontological rigor, immersive practice, and immense community love! Coaching, practicing, getting feedback, and exercising our bravery, our vulnerability, and lifting each other up is a gateway to tremendous transformation. Our ethos is that there are 3 practices that ignite a masterful coaching business and way of being:

THE PROGRAM LOGISTICS

• IGNITE Mastery is a 10 month program, with 8 months of in-depth core competency review, a beginning and an integration month

• We will have an optional intensive, to invite members to bond, grow, and transform in person

• Monthly cadence - three group 90-minute calls, one optional “surprise guest” call, and one “get stuff done” hour

• Three 1v1 Mentor Coaching sessions with one of the MCC leaders in the course

• Discounted Mentor Coaching calls for those craving more

• Each month’s theme will touch on a Core Competency, a theme in your business, and how this applies to your life.

• The group will be capped at 10 people, and specifically curated to include coaches who are willing to go deep, be vulnerable, stand for each other, and are reliable to be brave in their learning.

• 10 Mentor Coaching hours are included in this program

• A self-paced program, "Coaching to the Core: A Series on the ICF Core Competencies" included

• Additional resources, articles, a PCC/MCC library, discounted courses from affiliates, and many other benefits included!
