Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

The search for a coach education program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. | Program Description: |
Bossert Integrated Academy is Bossert Academy’s ICF-accredited Level 2 program for experienced professionals beginning coach education who want the complete Level 2 journey and to develop PCC-level coaching competence in depth. The program combines intensive coaching practice, observation, competency-based developmental feedback, mentor coaching, reflection, being coached, and personal development. A Level 2 certificate can support an ACC or PCC credential application once the applicable ICF coaching-experience, examination, and other requirements have been met. Credential applications are submitted separately to ICF. |
