The programme "Coaching: Competencies, Tools, Specialisations" of the ICF ССЕ combines theoretical knowledge about human emotions, the impact of process automation on thinking, and the peculiarities of cognitive control in life and business.

The programme is designed for:

- introduction to coaching methodology that focuses on emotions and emotional understanding of the coachee,

- enhancing emotional intelligence skills in change management,

- developing empathy for the manager and the coach,

- mastering the "Playing the piano" technique for better emotion management.

In the programme a lot of knowledge is given to practical experience. Trainees will analyse in pairs what client reactions are manifested when working with emotions; what works from ICF 6 and 7 competencies; what to strengthen the coach when working with client's emotions.
