Healing from the Core® for Coaches is an educational program in building somatic presence, grounding, and energetic discernment designed specifically for professional coaches. It offers a simple yet profound, practical methodology that is highly relevant and valuable for today's coaches of all kinds. This work fills an important gap in coaches’ skill training – providing the "how-to" steps for remaining steady and clear-headed under pressure and having a physical/energetic presence that allows for deep work, as well as healthy boundaries and connections with clients. In short, this work teaches vital tools for staying energized and inspired (a known antidote to burnout) and helps professionals build solid skills for energy management and personal renewal.

This online workshop is designed to enhance coaching outcomes by improving their coaching presence, grounding, and healthy boundaries to open up the pathways to creativity. Healing from the Core® teaches excellent communication skills — including dialoguing, pacing, and reframing, through lectures, demonstrations, and practices of each technique presented.

Coaches will learn all of these foundational skills:
