Education Search Service (ESS)
The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

- services of professional team and individual coaching,
- workshops on leadership skills for managers,
- workshops for teams on communicational and leadership skills,
- the support for mentoring programs ( consultancy in creating mentoring programs, trainings for mentoring program managers, mentors and mentees). The head of the company, Еlena Chelokidi, has been a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) since 2013 and the ICF PCC Credential-holder since 2017. In the same year Elena was recognized as the driver of coaching profession in Russia and received a Leadership Coaching Award.
In 2018, Elena was recognized as one of the most effective coach-leaders under the age of 40 and won the ICF Young Leader Award. Now Elena is a successful ICF Professional Certified Coach-practitioner, Mentor, an owner of her training company, a publisher and a guest lecturer at the Institute of Practical Psychology of Higher School of Economics (RU).
