The ESS is a free, searchable directory of coaching education that is accredited by ICF. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Level One,
Level Two, and Level Three offerings deliver foundational coach-specific education and training. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) offerings provide advanced and supplemental learning opportunities for trained and credentialed coach practitioners.
As the accrediting body for coach-specific education and accredited providers, we cannot recommend any specific coaching education organizations.

Coach Transformation Academy’s Coach Training is widely recognized as the most rigorous coach training and transformation program in the world. As the largest and most established coach training organization in the world, CTA has trained over 10,000 coaches globally. The Coach Transformation Academy’s way of coaching is unique and person-centered. It’s built on our fundamental belief that the person is creative, resourceful, unique and whole. Our program is transformational, and our coaches learn multiple transformational ways way to coach anyone on any topic. Our CPC (Level 1) Coach Training comprises 4 modules with 60 education hours. Each module builds on the last to expand, deepen, and integrate the learning, developing coaches with high levels of confidence and professionalism.
